How do I create a new deck?
Use Paste & Generate, paste your outline or notes, then click Generate. Your deck will be created and you can refine slides from there.
How do I edit an existing deck?
Open My Decks, select your deck, then choose Edit. You can update the full deck or edit a single slide.
How do I replace a slide image?
Hover the image on the slide to open the image actions, or search for a new image in the left panel and drag it onto the slide.
Why don’t I see images or charts on a slide?
Try navigating away and back to the slide, and ensure you’re on a supported browser (latest Chrome/Edge recommended). If the issue persists, include a screenshot of your browser console when contacting support.
How do I share a deck?
Use the Share option to generate a view-only link. Anyone with the link can view the deck, but they won’t be able to edit it.
How does autosave work?
When you’re signed in, QuickDeck saves your deck updates to your library. If you’re editing a deck, updates should modify the existing deck rather than creating a new one.
How do subscriptions and billing work?
Paid plans unlock higher usage limits and additional features. You can manage upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations from your account subscription settings.
